USCIS IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS AND VACCINATIONS

The USCIS immigration medical examination and vaccinations requirements are as follow:

1. Recent complete physical examination by USCIS certified physician.
2. Blood test for HIV and Syphillis.
3. TUBERCULOSIS screening test. (must be done by our clinic)
4. Proof of vaccinations or our clinic will provide the vaccines required by USCIS.
